How much is delivery?

Delivery in the UK is £8.95 (if it’s under £150 + VAT), if the total of your goods comes to over £150 before VAT, delivery will be free. For more information on deliveries, please check out our delivery page with extra information.

How fast is your delivery?

Orders placed before 13:00 for stock items are dispatched the same day, or next working day if placed on Saturday or Sunday, for next day delivery. If your goods are in stock and the web order is placed before 1pm, delivery will be the next working day. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped next working day allowing for weekends & bank holidays. Some products are stored in our external stock. These items will be delivered in 3-4 working days & will be notified of this when placing the order. If your goods aren’t in stock, we will email you to notify when they will be in stock and give you an expected delivery date.

What courier service do you use?

Here at Unipos, we use DPD for the parcels we send out. If your goods are being sent on a pallet, we use Garn for this service.

Instead of my goods being delivered, can I pick them up from the warehouse?

Yes, you can, for this we would have to make you a pro-forma for the goods you would like to buy and collect. Once this is paid, we can give you the pick number which you then take to the warehouse and collect your goods with.


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Credit card
If you wish to pay by credit card, please select the card option and then choose which card you wish to pay with. Once the payment is complete you will receive an order confirmation email.

With PayPal, you can pay with your PayPal account. If you choose to pay via PayPal, you will automatically be redirected to where you will be able to make a payment. For more information about PayPal, see PayPal account debits are completed after the order is completed.

Am I able to pay by pro-forma?

Of course, instead of placing a web order, if you require us to make you a pro-forma invoice, which you then pay by either bank transfer or with your card details over the phone, we can do this for you. You will need to send an email to with the product/products you would like to buy, the quantity, your invoice and delivery address. Once this is paid, we can send out the goods.


Do you have a minimum order quantity?

No, there is no minimum order quantity (unless stated on the product description).

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, a customer will need to create an account to place an order.

What do I need to do if my order is damaged?

Before signing for delivery please check the goods upon receipt and confirm the number of parcels matches the carriers consignment note. If there is evidence of damage to the parcels please note this on the carriers hand held terminal or sign for as "unchecked". Please inform us of any damage or discrepancy within 24 hours or on the next working day.

How do I return an order if it is damaged?

We do not accept returned goods unless agreed in writing beforehand and a return address has been given. To report damages or arrange a return, please email In this email, please include the following pieces of information:

4) Photos of any damage/issues

Are there any fees applied for returns?

Returned goods will be subject to a restocking charge of 20%.

Can I return custom made products?

Products which are made to order such as RAL finish, Bespoke size or with lead times over 10 days cannot be returned.


Can you make a bespoke item for me?

With some products, we can make a bespoke size, colour or specification for you. If this is of interest, don’t hesitate to email us at with your requirements and we can try our best to help you.

How are the snap frames fixed onto the wall?

Our standard snap frames are fixed onto walls with screws, you simply snap open the 4 profiles, fit a screw into the pre-drilled screw holes and close the profiles again.

Are the fixings provided with your snap frames?

No, fixing kits are not included. You will need to purchase these from your local hardware store. This is because each wall requires a different fixing kit & we are unable to determine which wall you have when the order is placed.
